Many a car driver has started to think about getting a motorcycle as the motorcycle gas mileage debate hots up. It might mean a complete switch, car for bike, or you could hang onto your car but use the motorcycle where possible. Have you compared the differences in fuel consumption? The best many cars can achieve is around the 25 miles per gallon mark. Many motorcycles can double or even triple that amount. If you do not mind being out in the weather, enjoy wearing a helmet and if money is a concern for you, riding a motorcycle may well be the way to travel.
