Do you need a website if you are starting a home based virus removal business?

i am planning on starting a home based virus removal business were i visit customers houses and repair their computers but i do not know if it is profitable to create a website for such a small business. i also would like to know how to create an email address that has for example info@virusremoval.com and not virusremoval@hotmail.com do you need to have a website to create this type of email address?

any other tips would be very helpful thanks

Having a website definitely doesn't hurt in these times. Even if your site is set-up with a description of your services and contact information, you will still see the benefit. Think about it- do you go to the phone book or do you look online when searching for a company?

As for the email questions, you will need to own the domain name www.virusremoval.com if you want an email address to end in @virusremoval.com.
